The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning informs the interested public that based on the Law on Environment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 53/2005, 81/2005, 25/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010, 51/2011, 123/2012, 93/2013, 42/2014, 44/2015, 129/2015, 39/2016, 99/18 and “Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia” no. 89/22 and 171/22) the investor “Kicevo Wind” DOOEL from Skopje, with headquarter at St. “Steve Naumov” no. 3-3/88, submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the implementation of the Project: “Kicevo Wind Park (35 MW)” Municipality of Kicevo and it is available for inspection.
The project envisages the installation of 6 wind turbines each with a power of 5.8 MW, at a location west of the city of Kicevo on the outskirts of the Municipality of Kicevo.
The study is available for inspection on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning www.moepp.gov.mk and in the municipality of Kicevo.
Any person, the bodies of the state administration, the mayors of the municipalities, the city of Skopje and the municipalities in the city of Skopje, can submit their opinion, in written form, to the body of the state administration responsible for matters in the area of the environment, within 30 days from the day of publication of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study.
