The Environmental Administration informs that all producers who have an obligation to register in accordance with the Law on Extended Producer Responsibility for the management of special waste flows (“Official Gazette of Republic of North Macedonia” no. 215/2021) and the Rulebook on the form and content of the request for registration by the producer, the request for deletion from the Register of producers with extended responsibility, the form and content of the Register of producers with extended responsibility, the method of keeping and maintaining the register, as well as the form and content of the certificate of registration of the producer in the Register of Extended Producer Responsibility, and the confirmation of deletion of the producer from the Register of Extended Producer Responsibility (“Official Gazette of Republic of North Macedonia” no. 58/2022) registration forms (in Macedonian and bilingual (MK and AL)) can be downloaded from the following link:
Those producers who will submit a request from Annex 1 in the Macedonian language, will receive a confirmation in the Macedonian language. Producers who submit a bilingual request from Annex 1 will receive the confirmation in Macedonian and Albanian. Producers who place individual products on the market in the Republic of North Macedonia, the use of which creates waste belonging to several separate waste streams (for example, waste from packaging, waste batteries, textiles, vehicles, etc.) submit a separate request from the Annex 1 for each separate waste stream. The request is submitted on paper to the registry office of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. This will be the procedure until the establishment of the electronic system for the registration of producers.
With the submitted request from Annex 1, the following is also submitted:
- A copy of the current account issued by the Central Registry of the Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia
- Payment slip of 50 denars for administrative fee (for each registration request submitted),
