Today, the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Kaja Shukova, had a meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Cucer – Sandevo, Sashko Komnenovic.
In the focus of the conversation were the activities for implementing measures at the local level that will help to improve the situation with waste and the possibilities for further accelerated development of the municipality.
At the meeting, Minister Shukova emphasized that the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning will provide concrete support for the implementation of quality and sustainable measures and activities for the improvement of the current situation with the environment in the Municipality of Cucer – Sandevo.
The meeting resulted in the conclusion that joint cooperation between institutions at the national and local level is key to the implementation of sustainable, timely and coordinated activities that will contribute to a healthier environment and better quality of life for all citizens in the municipality, but also to the sustainable development of the municipality itself.
