In the premises of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Kaja Shukova, today held a working meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Forest Sciences, Landscape Architecture and Environmental Engineering “Hans Em”(HEF) at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”, Prof. Dr. Kiril Sotirovski.
At the meeting, the previous cooperation with this teaching-scientific institution was discussed, while the focus of the discussion was the preservation, protection and promotion of forests in protected areas in our country, as one of the prerequisites for the general preservation of biodiversity. The status of the implementation of the joint projects so far was reviewed and it was agreed to deepen and improve the cooperation by starting with the implementation of more concrete projects of common interest.
