(15.01.2015) Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Nurhan Izairi, together with the close management, had Press-Conference at which he informed the attendants on the level of implementation of inherited and ongoing projects, projects initiated after his appointment, including projects supported by funds under the Programme for Environmental Investments for 2014 and projects planned to be implemented in the forthcoming period.
Major part of the projects concerns waters, though there are projects in all other areas and media of environment.
In the domain of legislation, total of 22 new rulebooks were adopted, while with regard to bilateral and multilateral cooperation, series of meetings and discussions were held with diplomatic representatives in the country, but also with representatives of donor community concerning expansion of the cooperation in the area of environment.
