This represents a key phase in the development of the River Basin Management Plan, and the process is open to all stakeholders.
“What we are initiating today is a message that water management in our country is being built on transparency, inclusion, and accountability. Because sustainable solutions are created with the participation of those who depend on them the most,” Hoxha emphasized.
In his address, Hoxha emphasized the importance of support from Switzerland, which is a strong partner through the Programme for the Management, Use, and Protection of Groundwater.
Through this programme, institutional capacities are being strengthened, sustainable management is being promoted, and alignment with European standards is being advanced.
