Skopje, 23 July 2026 The Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Muamet Hoxha, participated in a working meeting dedicated to the implementation of Step 4 of the Reform Agenda, where institutions presented the activities undertaken to simplify administrative procedures and improve services for citizens and the business community.
During the meeting, Minister Hoxha presented the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning's progress, noting that a total of 31 administrative procedures have been reviewed. Of these, 15 procedures will be simplified by the end of 2026, with concrete measures and implementation plans already prepared.
Through these reforms, the Ministry aims to deliver faster, simpler, and more efficient administrative services, reducing the administrative burden on citizens and businesses while improving access to public services.
