Skopje, 07.05.2026 – The Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Muamet HoXHa, together with the Mayor of the Municipality of Arachinovo, Daut Beciri, conducted an inspection of ongoing infrastructure projects being implemented in the municipality, with a total value of over 110 million denars.
The funds were provided through the first and second public calls of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. The projects include riverbed regulation, construction of fecal and storm water sewage systems, expansion of the water supply network, and construction of a sewage network on Street 11. During the visit, the Selection Center financed by the European Union was also reviewed, as well as the cross-border cooperation project with Kosovo under the IPA III program.
During the inspection of activities for the regulation of the riverbed in Grushino, an investment worth 15 million denars, Minister Hoxha stated that these projects represent a significant contribution to improving local infrastructure, environmental protection, and the quality of life of citizens.
The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning continues to support infrastructure projects that bring concrete benefits to citizens and promote sustainable development of municipalities.
