Under Article 13 of the Law on Ambient Air Quality (“Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia” No. 67/04, 92/07, 35/10, 47/11, 59/12, 163/13, 10/15 and 146/15), the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning in cooperation with the Minister of Health adopted the “Rulebook amending the Rulebook on permitted emission limit values and types of polluting substances in waste gases and vapors emitted in the air by stationary sources”.
