This is to inform you that the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Nurhan Izairi will attend the Ministerial Conference of the Central European Initiative to be held on 9 October 2014 (Thursday) in Vienna.
The topic of this year’s Conference is “Energy Turnaround” and it will be attended by Ministers responsible for environment from 10 countries of the Region.
The Conference will discuss topics of mutual interest for the Region and contribution of the region to the fight against climate change through enhanced utilization of renewable energy sources and common benefits from their use (such as potential for new jobs creation) will be presented. At the Conference margins, Minister Izairi will have bilateral meeting with his Austrian colleague Andra Rupprechter, Federal Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Water Management.
